So with the news that Thomas is now out this week, I'm considering trading Madden/CCJ to Durham/Sidebum. Leaves the below with 1 trade and $59K left for the last 3 rounds. Risky but it puts SP Dow to F7 and reasonable coverage. Sidebum should go OK with Pendlebury out as they will need him in the middle. Doesn't have to be him, can go up to TMac. Bailey and Butters the others that appeal.

Opinions? Too aggressive? Should I hold the trades and just cover Thomas with a rookie this week?

EDIT: Could just do CCJ to Rioli also.

I've loved owning Rich. Was my best trade in of the year easily. Takes almost all the kickins, takes marks, has a booming left kick and scores points for fun. Get him in and don't look back.

Will be interesting to see how Mills and Dunks in particular play after two weeks with no proper training. Perhaps Marshall also. Think Toby will be a unique beast in that he's highly energetic and plays a role that doesn't rely on getting around the ground. Id go Rich for juicy 9% podness and a soft run of games.

Both good. Mills been superb all season but now might probably lean toward Rich.
He's had an uninterrupted run, and is in damn good form. I've got Mills and may need to tolerate his first ordinary score this week till he's up to speed again.
I;m bringing in either Rich or Gull this week. Moving Laird to mids to cover some dead wood. Cant quite get to the 600K+ mids so hunting for a consistent 110pg. Looking like it'll be Rich but Gull still v good value. One of the nicer conundrums to have this season.

So its apparently less risky and they're better off having a severe belt to the head than to go to the footy.
