Richmond and Norf, one club has 70,000 members, has it's best players 28 & under not 33 and over, has been seen live by over one million people, is seen regularly on Friday nights, doesn't play in Tasmania...the other is Norf.

Yeah we got flogged but that was against a rested Sydney on their homedeck.
We had just won two grueling finals.
If Richmond had of done that last year there would have been parades in the streets.

We had played Sydney in Sydney on a heavy ground the week before our EF loss having also won the previous 9 games straight to make the finals in the first place.

That's where the AFL got this all wrong. Norf and Freo should be charged with bringing the game into disrepute for resting so many players. In Norfs defence ( if there is one) why wouldn't you bring a bloke in to rough up someone when it's a better than even chance that you play them again next week. Look out for Sam Mitchell warriors tomorrow night....
