As long as it's a soft game I don't care. North are within their rights to rest players IMO. If they come out deliberately to hurt or attempt to get our guys to retaliate and get suspended they've gone too far. That's the line. I hope they don't cross it. And let's hooooope please!! That GC can actually do something for us finally. Stranger things have happened!

the funny thing about the resting north star players is they have no star players all old useless hasbeens so bring it on, north has had the best draw in the afl again 5th year straight, shit club with no members, once these old blokes go the club is finished, they will be rattling the cans for support!

I feel similar. $50 to upgrade tickets isn't huge coin, but I was looking forward to a big match and they do this. I feel like I have wasted my money. We better destroy them in the final, its the only thing that will make it worth it. That or Gold Coast pull off a miracle.
Too true. Makes me glad last weeks game was actually hard work.

If we had done to them what North have just done to us, I would genuinely feel ashamed. I would feel like my club had just sabotaged my finals excitement and the pride that goes with it. Despite 30 years of mostly disappointment, I would not want to play a final series like North are about to. Let the booing begin. Disgraceful.

Well i think back to midway through the year when we were on a 4 game winning run heading into the bye, then coming off the bye we were flat as **** and loss to a good west coast team yes but but felt the bye completely stopped our momentum, half there team is out but there are no guarantees they will be better off the following week

It's highly unlikely they will bring in people with an intention to hurt our players. I'm pretty sure Scott will be making sure we are going to at least be pretty damn tired.

The only person who I thought might be doing this on our side got dropped (Thomas) so we're doing this with integrity. Hardwick is from the Clarkson school of coaching (3 flags), Scott is doing it Lyon style (0 flags). Let's hope that continues.
