honestly i just cannot see how this side can get better.....its going to take years

over 3 quarters of the team in squad are just crap the old players are crap and the youngsters coming through lack talent

He played in the wafl as an inside mid. Now he is back on a wing. Wings are meant to be somewhat passive around the contest.

I'll bet my house on it I'm that sure of it. Bookmark this post and keep it if you think otherwise. The selecting panel will look at our past matches to see if the players are playing for him or not. This is a trial for him and sadly he has failed it if we don't fight back from here. That's why no one wants to be the interim coach. Hardly any get the gig in the end.

He can't do much in the few weeks since Simmo's been gone, his role is to get the team to the end of the season.

He also has no input into list management decisions currently, so there's only so much he can hold the players accountable for.

If he gets the role, it'll be on his vision moving forward.

Yeah man on man intensity is needed, zoning only for kick ins from oppos def 50, need to back yourself and your teammates to win the 1 v 1
