You think suddenly we are going to get people to replace them? You don't get any extra top picks delisting them - you'd literally be replacing them with the lowest picks that are extremely unlikely to make it at afl, or provide better output that those you delist.

Having no experience is what a stacked gold Coast never amounted to anything yet

Garbage -we are seeing the kids he didn't play as they were not ready - they don't have it

The youth never got a proper chance under him. He favoured his senior players in the hope to keep us competitive rather than embracing a full rebuild sooner when it was evident we didn't have the list or game plan to compete with the best anymore. Result is a massive gap in experience on the playing list.
