Our only forward who has shown a consistent ability to compete well enough in the air to bring the ball to ground made way for Lewis. Based on today, we can't do without O'Brien until Kosi and Lewis get better at giving our smalls a look at the ball when they can't win the contest themselves. People see O'Brien 'almosting' a bunch of marks, but seem to forget those almost marks are actually coming to ground, unlike most of the forward entries that have gone Lewis and Kosi's direction today. Might be worth persisting with the two younger forwards, but against Geelong, I'd rather go for the win than the development.

Come on ! They are a man down in rotations. It’s possible but it requires doing what we took over half an hour to do - take chances and kick straight. In the general contest we have been in this game the whole time. Just lacking in skill and class, especially forward of centre

Brockman having a poor one that’s for sure. It happens with kids so I won’t bust his chops for that.
He just jumped at air then.

I really dont think our forwards have been the problem, two young talls dont account for this difference.

Kozi is GEED up. Yes!

More of this. These Cats are average - time to show them they are!
