Too many costly fumbles at the start.
Too many 6-12 point plays from poor umpiring
Too little too late from our midfield.

Will post my positives later, because there is quite a few of them, but jeez this one stings given how much we were taken out of it at the start...

Best on for Geelong was #32 in the green... I hope we ask he not Umpire us again.

Absolutely insanity from Worpel. Playing like a captain.
35 disposals, 22 kicks, 5 marks, 8 tackles, 6 clearances, 1 goal and 843 metres gained!

Thought Meek, Chol and Frost were all very good in trying conditions.
Nash's best game for the year.

Disappointed in how we are made to try and scrap for every goal, and the opposition just gets the next clearance and slots it through. Something in our concentration potentially?

Today was our best effort for the year, but the midfield needs to get more consistent, defence tighten up and forward line click. Lots to work on.

Any risk in the opposition going at 50-60% accuracy at goal!?!?

I'm going to be shooting Bambi here but Breust needs to put his hand up and head down to Box Hill for a bit.

It's not enough that he doesn't score goals anymore but he has continuously ****ed up so many of our forward entries this year. A real momentum killer especially when they rebound and kick it over our heads for a 12 point turn around.

So many times he will man the mark and the opposition players will run past him knowing he can't chase. Holmes + Stewart ran off him at every opportunity.

He's a champion at the club but father time is undefeated and he looks done.

We were bad, but probably not as bad as the scoreboard suggests. Geelong pure arse, comically one sided officiating and a few brain fades in front of goal really worked against us.

Still outclassed but some promising signs.
Chol, McKenzie great, nice to see signs from young Wiz and Ginni having a crack.
Nash better today.
Think Wardy needs a spell in the twos, he's getting the pill but overthinking every time he touches it, disposal is woeful atm.

Our first quarter wasn't so bad. Thought we were on top in general play but as usual we **** up a forward entry, our mids have over committed and the opposition run it down for an easy goal down the other way.

Frustrating how hard we have to work for a score and how easy it is for the oppo to punish us.

Some really good signs though. Thought this was Frenchy's breakout game. The Wiz had his best day today as well.

They are better than us but far out the umpires made that hard to watch. Any chance that someone could miss a goal against us. I think it shows how poor our midfield pressure and defensive structures are that Teams get a lot of shots on goal straight in front, plus pulling a number out of their butts
