Yeah don't mind Houston at his price. Though I can see him scoring 50 for the next 2 rounds, he has that in him

Look closely at Rowell / Lipinski / Green
and maybe ditch Hinge and Soligo for superior cash gen

Will see what happens but I think I need to find a way to get Rowell. At this stage I’m likely to go:

Xerri or Brodie to Durdin
Berry to Rowell

Depending on if Hayes and Martin play well again and are safe to field and assuming Berry doesn’t go 100+.

Will be watching Crisp closely but will probably sideways him to Hall.

Looks like a bad option to me as it looks like Xerri and Brodie will both make $$$

I think you’re right, I’m just worried about losing ground with Berry at M5 to those that have Rowell there. I had originally thought the gap in points would be about 10 per game but first impressions seem like it’s going to be higher.

That being said a lot of the teams I’ve seen with Rowell at M5 only have two of the big four, once Steele starts crunching out 120s again I should be alright.

I don’t love the Crisp down to Hewett move as that would mean spending a trade and ending up with one less keeper (I don’t see Hewett as a top 6-8 defender at this stage).

Of course this is all somewhat knee jerk and I’ll be watching them all this week, hence why I’m not making these trades this week. The only way I’ll make a trade this week is if we find out Berry’s injury is a long term one.

Other options I can think of at this stage:

Option 1
Hinge to Wilmot
Berry to Rowell

Option 2
Whitfield to Hewett
Berry to Rowell
Crisp to Hall

Alternatively if I cut my losses and let Rowell go and focus on getting Durdin in:

Option 3
Mead/MacDonald/Hough to Durdin
Move Rachele in to the mids
Crisp to Hall

Option 4
Berry to Durdin
Move Rachele in to the mids
Crisp to Hall

What are your thoughts, obviously lots of water to go under the bridge and it all depends on Berry’s injury but I’m leaning towards 3.

Ridley is a worry. I should have stuck with Sicily but had the extra funds and upgraded him. Do I try and upgrade Ridley to someone like Hall who will always be a worry with potential hammy issues?

Have no Heeney and would like to get him in but would need to sacrifice Broadie or Xerri to do it.

I don't think my team is that bad yet I am ranked 45,337 overall.
