Have 211k in the kitty. Would love some input on whether i should take my chance to go Heeney > Lloyd (via swinging Moore forward) or hold. Would make my Defence pretty rock solid but means my forward line would be pretty weak with just Danger and an underperforming Dunkley holding the fort.

Thoughts?
Hore > Worpel?

Heeney to LLoyd is a solid trade - ? over Heeney and Lloyd definite D1. Switching Moore means you are still playing the same number rookies, and Moore has a higher average than Heeney so your fwd line is actually stronger!

So Mills goes today. Have 3 options.
1. Scrimshaw and bank cash
2. Daniel via Moore
3. Gresham via Moore.

Leaning towards option 1 and the cash grab. Thoughts?

Depends if you are thinking of bringing in a keeper or a stepping stone.
Scrimshaw gives you cash gen plus the chance to look at who will be a keeper from the mid-pricers but also leaves you exposed to playing 3 out of 4 rookies.
What about Mills to Collins who has good JS and is picking up, will still get cash gen but a little less risky than scrimshaw?
Or worpel, if you think he will continue form and also could be a good m9 later on with his DPP?

Option 1 I reckon.
Scrimmers is an upgrade on Mills and the cash will be handy.
Daniel and Gresham look tasty but I want to see more of them first.

Don't like Collins or Worpel. Collins will be inconsistent and Worpel has only played a dozen games. Yes he's playing full time midfield but the sample size of players that have broken out in their 2nd year is not very big. He may prove me wrong but I would rather pay another $100k for him in 8 weeks knowing he's consistently punching out 100's.

It's either a cash grab or a keeper for me. I see Daniel and Gresham both as potential keepers. Still leaning towards option 1 though.

Thanks for the reply.

Yeah this is the only reason I'm leaning towards Scrimshaw.

Happy with my decision to trade out Ridley

Yes he uses the ball well but he does not find enough of it.

Still not convinced he will be in the Essendon team long term.

Saved myself 80k by trading down to Scrimshaw.

Despite the fact I traded him in by accident (forgot there was a Thursday game so couldn’t reverse) and he hasn’t played since, tempted to turf Joyce for Scrim. Duuursma’s shit and also Moore’s ankle have me worried about cover. Wilkie doesn’t ooze confidence. Or I wait and get Rotham.

Thoughts?

Made an executive decision in moving Greene to Rozee.
Was going to be Worpel but want the $$$$ to get seagull next week.
Wow. Rozee flying tonight.

What are you doing here mate? You'd best head over to the 'Nailed It' thread. Stellar, Rozee is, going to make cash hand over fist, the DPP-having saucy little minx.
