Who's more of a must have.... Mills or Weitering?
I have mills but With 160k to spare I could go;

Mills --> Libba
Seedsman --> JJ
Seedsman --> Weitering + 300k for next week

I've got Weitering, and I'm really pleased I do. I don't have Mills, and I'm not missing him -- at least, not yet.

My midfield is a lot stronger than my defence, as I tried to take almost an entire guns and rookies focus. MCrouch is my M7, M8 will be one of Hewett, Davis or Greshem, however, I can also get Kerridge/Wells/BenKenn/Menadue into that role via Petracca.

If Mills was do drop 130 this week, I might find a way to squeeze him in.

So, in answer to your question - I think it depends on your Mid/Def structures.

Looks like a pretty strong team to me. I'd back seedsman to come good, and get another look at Libba.

Why Shaw? If his disposal had been cleaner he would have scored 110 last week. Surely if you start Shaw it's with the intention of having him the entire season?

I missed last weeks game, so wan't 100% sure on his reason for scoring poorly.

Given most people use 1-2 trades on correcting rookies, and I (hopefully) wont, I figured if I make 1 trade and bank $200k it'll set me up for the initial round of rookie upgrades....

Anyway, 99% won't happen, but Shaw losing plenty of cash, and me not cashing in on break out defenders is my only 'issue' at present

I wouldn't worry about Shaw losing cash (assuming Heath Shaw), he will be a Top 3 defender come years end so you'll burn 2 maybe 3 trades getting him out then back in. Stick with him.

Hearing he has rib issues, maybe trying to keep him from getting hurt. Not sure why they'd play him if he is that badly hurt he can't play in the middle.
