Wrong!

He should increase said drug use.

What are we talking about again?

Yep that's the way to go I reckon. People seem to be very trigger happy this year?
I think the only logical trade is Fyfe for Neale if you don't have him, and believe that he will continue to avg 125+ making him essentially ungettable.

On top of that if you are playing for overall and not leagues as much.

Have the option of turfing Gibbons for Rozee, who should make $100k+. Means I have to dip into my kitty of $249k and fork out $140k to do the rookie correction.

Or do I opt for a less secure option, but cheaper option in Miers, who has a similar BE and won’t have to average as much as Rozee?

Personally I love the look of Rozee, and can see Port playing the Rising Star nominee as much as possible, whereas a dip in form at the Cats means Miers is expendable.

Thoughts?

That's one of the BEST Trades I've seen this year .....take a bow !

I'd make it if I didn't waste two trades last week and if triggering it didn't guarantee Dunkley a 125.

Jeezus man.....why did you have to say that? Brings back memories of when I did a 'Roughie'
You havent lived until you've done a roughie and posted puppies on the SC board

What is the fascination with Rohan Marshall? He is a forward/ruck without the R designation. So if you're bringing him in it's for the rest of the season as a forward since he's too expensive as a stepping stone.

Best case scenario for mine is he'll be an F6 averaging 85-90 or make you about 80-100k before a trade.
More likely scenario is he peaks in price the next few weeks in the low 400's and fluctuates around this level and averages around 75-80.

So you're not doing the trade ??

I am strongly considering it.

I am only sheepish because I sort of see Libba in the same contingent as Rocky/Dusty/Fyfe; yesterday's heroes types; the kind of players who'll score 130s when I don't own them and 80s with a concussion when I do. Plus trading Libba in now doesn't put me ahead the same way starting him would have. Plus, I'd rather play three rookie mids than three forwards too.

But if Bailey Scott gets dropped tomorrow, who knows. Trading is an addiction after all.

$340 for an f6 that averages 80 with good job security would be a pretty sweet deal wouldnt it? Hitouts + contested possie are tickets for free points. I mean he obviously aint gonna string months of 100+ games together but from the looks of it if he plays a weaker ruckman he could pop for the ton every month or so.

Not disputing that he's priced below his output. Just that his maximum output isn't likely to be good enough to be happy to keep him for the year. An average of 80 means he scores like Billings did in 2018. Personally I'd like my F6 to do 5-10ppg better than that.

I'd also question his JS, "good" might be a bit generous at this point - "fair" would be my call.

I wish. Fried from working 5am til 7pm + driving 600kms + coming home to cram in a uni assessment in on time - all while being high a on gajillion coffees and getting distracted by puppies + eating cheetos (and a little bit of Supercoach) + intermittently dealing with a 6yo having night terrors. Good point re: the drugs :thumbsu: one day...

For a reliable rookie that should keep his spot and average from 60-70, m’yes! Rookies are shyte this year, so need to find crafty ways to make coin. Between him and Gibbons, it speaks for itself.

But you're spending 2 trades to....lose $90k.
You're much better off waiting for Sydney Stack to bubble.
