Didnt kick 5 goals the week before and scored well. if he scores 40 he still makes a decent amount of cash this week and the next with a 115 in his rolling average. What if he backs it up with another good score?
Again should have started with him if you wanted him, he is a first year player. No normal person pays that much for a first year player.

Why is no one talking about getting Walsh in then? 68, 83,112 about the same scores, plays more mid time than rozee which means has more chance of higher scores but no he is a first year player that would be stupid to pay that much for a first year player.

I'm not saying keep dunkley as I will most likely trade him, I'm saying rozee is a first year player who has played 3 games, kid is good but that's way to much for a bloke with only 3 games experience just a waste of a trade

Well Tickles wants to bring in the Seagull this week with bugger all cash in the bank, Dunkley is the only expendable asset that he's got who still has some currency. I'm sure Test Tickle understands what he would be giving up and what he would be gaining with those trade suggestions.

What would happen is he would go up a further 40k this week then have a b/e of around 20 for Rd5. What happens if Dunkley scores another 80 this week? He loses another 25k.

Coz Walsh has 70% ownership:drunk:.

No one is making you pick him so im not sure what you are getting so upset about. Im not sure what the normal person comment is meant to mean when some cheap rookies are good some are crap, same with the expensive one different players have different thought on them. Also im fully aware of the risk with Rozee but at worst I will take a quick cash grab even if drops of in scoring if he continues scoring well even better you seem to be incorrectly assuming what peoples expectations and strategies are.

Idiots, idiots everywhere
I asked in the rookies thread about the price rises for rookies. From what I understand, Stack's price rise comes from his next game? Or am I wrong? New to this game and not really up with all things yet. So Stack's price at mo is 102k with BE -186, does that mean if he scores 64 his price goes up by the MN x 250? So a potential 100k increase or have I got the cart before the horse?

*edit.....please ignore ^^ Answered in the rookie thread

Something to think about...

I’ve got both Fyfe and Martin and will most likely keep both. One option is to downgrade Martin to Constable to generate cash which will allow me to get Neale/Whitfield/Lloyd. If I keep Martin I can trade Aitkins > Constable. I’ve also got Toby Greene, pending his availability I can trade him to Marshall who I’m not sold on.

Fyfe is one to keep as he’ll average 120+ but the downside is he will likely only play 16-17 games this year and is a frustrating premo for mine. Still worth keeping.

Martin - not the same player as 2016/7, cannot handle tag which he will always cop, he’ll score 50% 100+ this year but compared to 3 mentioned above he is a definite move on now and you won’t regret it

So do I hold ****hoff for another week (BE 214) as he's playing Tigers or **** him off now for Mumford/Gawn? Mummy allows me to go Scott > Libba

As appealing as the second option looks I would trade him to Gawn. My reasoning is Mumford poses an even bigger risk at 300k than he did when he used to be 500-600k. If he gets injured, suspended or "managed" (which he will, sooner than later) who are you going to replace him with without burning 2 trades?

I mean good luck than will be struggling with trades down the track if your wasting them like this

Out: Fyfe + Crisp (Keira to DEF)
In: Neale + Cameron (fwd avg 95+ rest of the year, only $496k spare)

26 to go. It's a race to 0

#useitorloseit #coolyajets #fyfeislyfe #beepbeepbeepReverseFfs

Crisp will bounce back had something like 6 scores under 80 last year.
But still had a good overall av.

Thanks AJ.....been trying to fix ****ups, thought that Mummy might be the go, but in the end I'll have to trade him and wont be able to, so might as well go the 1 trade route...cheers

*edit......*AB.....sheesh

Those trades would seem far less terrifying if he just looked at them from a different angle

B Smith > Rozee
Dunkley > Lloyd

That's more alluring. But then they're fielding 4 rookie forwards on field when the goal should be not to do that.

Dunkley is a hold. Lloyd is a wait. Imo.

Found an interesting POD owned by 1% to possibly replace Greene. I’d need to do Atkins>Stack to fund it though. Also means I hold both Fyfe and Dunks.

Hmmmm 🤔

Yeah, I like Crisp and last weeks score doesn't perturb me too much. But I'm ~$4k short of just going Fyfe > Neale, and need to find a few bucks somewhere. Maybe Mcouch (M5) to Libba (M5) - I missed the first boat on Libba, but he's scoring better than expected, even if he goes back to 75s, he'll at least rise the 'price' of an early season trade ($50k fair?) + $180k kitty + Neale x pts > Fyfe 0 pts (even though rank 25000th-ish, why even be concerned about overall). Decisions. I know I should *probably* just no trades & bleed Fyfe for a week (Bailey Scott can score 100 again yeah?).

Supercoach procrastination ftw

I'm losing my shit over whether to bring him in or not! It's basically just a sideways trade for Ridley for me....but I could downgrade Dunkley to him and pocket some serious cash...
