Personally I'd go Rowston. The CBA role is there, and he's that bit cheaper.

Phillips the last guy on the bench. When they (likely) get smacked in the midfield this weekend, he'll be the first out for Greenwood, or Wardlaw when he's ready over the next week or two.

Overall, he's been named in the 22 twice in four rounds, and GWS have plonked Rowston straight into the centre. That's where I'd go if I was making the choice.
Yeah thats what i m thinking. Rowston named centre surely bodes well

Any other Hayden Young sufferers floating about? 1 week brilliance followed by 2 weeks of absolute garbage has me wanting to fire this kent into the sun

BE 152 so it's now or never. What are your options?
Anyone I want really. I also have the unfortunate problem of starting with Cunnington who has well and truly declared himself a flop - so have traded him down to one of Rowston/Phillips and thrown Chandler at F6 for the week.

292k to throw Stuart Broad ponytail edition into orbit with. I've had a horrible 3 weeks so start (ranked like 70k) so don't think I gain much holding him

Piggy? Or another defender?

I feel like Worpel always turns it on against the Cats.

Named on the extended bench, so not a guaranteed starter yet perhaps - especially seeing he had very low TOG, declining CBA's, and what ball he did get he mostly wasted last week.

Seems to an outsider like he's just a temporary placeholder who is rapidly getting pushed further to the back of the queue.

Would like Piggy but I think that leaves me too thin down back - D6-8 at the moment is Wilmot/Cowan/Kentstable. Could get Piggy but then my DEF bench ends up being both Kentstable and Chesser which makes me vomit

Thinking I might go with Sicily. Bloke made me melt all through last year not owning him and is a lock for 100 basically every week. CD love him too

Yeah good call, Sicily has such a high floor.

I could boost and do something slightly insane in order to get Oliver in as well this week (ie Young down to Day rather than up) but I feel like that's just burning trades and not making my team any better. Would rather save boosts where weeks where I want to do 2 down/1 up

Started with Laird over Clarry so just gotta hope 2022 Laird re-introduces himself and matches Piggy's scoring... next fortnight has me nervous though

I started him on the exact same line of thinking and CD have been comparatively harsh this year, IMO.

Between he and Doc I'd be much higher ranked with their DT scores than SC, it's been frustrating viewing! Good luck if you're climbing aboard. :thumbsu:

I have Doc as well and I'm still trying to figure out how the **** he didn't ton up last week

At the very least, if I get Sicily we can melt together but fingers crossed the lipstick comes back :moustache:

Easiest week for me so far:

Cameron > English/Witts
Callaghan > Davies-Uniacke
Flanders > Oliver

400k remaining in the bank.

Only question I am half considering is if any of this week's bubble boys are worth waiting a week on Oliver for. With Brockman & JVR potentially on the horizon next week.

Did you just keep a million + back for a rainy day? Those are some wild upgrades.

You have 400k remaining AFTER doing all of this?

He's been his own worst enemy a bit, had a couple of those games where early clangers (which were utterly irrelevant in the context of the game, FWIW) means the SC just always seems to stay fixed at say 20-30 pts below the DT and doesn't fluctuate much no matter what heroics the player is performing.

Like every deed after that comes with an early clanger tax attached to the points allocated - much like Doc's game.

Got him and Doc.
Forced to hold both.
