As terrible as he's been, Liam Jones is never the solution to a problem. :rainbow: He kicks goals in the VFL, big deal, so do Gault and Grimley and other assorted spuds who aren't AFL standard. Zak Dawson would make Jones his bitch. We don't need that level of humiliation on prime time TV.
haha all valid points.

Zorko or Dahlhaus ?

If I had to have only 1 of them for the whole year I'd go Dahl, Doggies have a pretty good run coming up and Rocky & Beams will both be back in the next week or two. From memory Zorko only averaged 88 in games last year when both those guys played. Obviously things could go differently this year...

Was Beams/Rocky out for the 2nd half of the season last year? Because Zorko had a terrible 1st half think he tonned up once and had about 6 weeks in a row of 60-80 scores but I picked him up around the byes and he went under 90 once for the rest of the season from memory, his averaged close to 125 since like round 11 last year.

Interesting...could be unrelated that being his high scoring and those two missing as he has averaged 100, 83, 99, 100 the past four years so he can score regardless, don't think he will average close to 125 for the rest of the season though but he is imo in the top 6 forwards this year.

Will Zaka be a top 10 mid by the end of the season? What are peoples thoughts?

Upgrading a mid-pricer this week and I can get pretty much any mid. Its just Zaka would leave me some cash in the kitty for my next upgrade

If i was trading in a mid this round it would be zaharakis. He seems to have landed in a sweet spot of form and role.
Essendon arnt good enough to make other teams play defensively, Only Goddard attracts tag attention. The Dons are massing at half back and then running the ball out, which is giving Zaha and Merret possesion overload. Zaha and Merret arnt causing much damage so teams are letting them get the pill then gettin git back further upfield. If this continues then they could both average 110+ this year.

please help
ive done Papley to Byrne-Jones via DPP
Ben Ken > to either Sloane, Merret, or T Lynch (Suns)

PLEASE HELP!

But I and many others will continue to ignore it. Not chasing early round points. Sure to level out at some stage at around the 90-95 mark.

I wouldn't really say I'm chasing points by considering him mate, I would if I was considering him when he pulled the 174 in RD 2 against the Lions.

From these stats I wouldn't feel dumb by saying he could finish as a top 10 forward. It's not as If I'm picking him on goals alone, he's around the ground effort is decent and consistent.

I'm not minding Lynch as a possible option either
