He wont drop much with a 70.
I'm not so much worried about him leaking cash, but I am worried that he only makes an additional $20k from here even with an average of ~80 until Salem gets back.

**** you Hinkley.

fu** you Hinkley.
My original plan was to hold him until this week and swap him to seagull.
I may still do that.

Seagull at d5 would be boss.

I'd like to swap him for Hall, but I'd have to burn a trade to swap Stephens to Dixon this week to have the cash to do it. It would also further complicate getting Oliver in a few weeks time, and mean I'm down 6 trades once I bring Preuss in.

Was hoping to hold Bowey until Melbourne played North, and have the upgrade become a simpler task. Bloody tough call.

did you end up trading Bowey in mate?
I did not. Got to thank you in part for that, i did trade Skinner to NOD as a rookie adjustment and am looping SDK/NOD as final defender.

EDIT: Part of the test i do with trades im 50/50 on is "How will i feel if it goes badly wrong and if it turns out being a good move, how much will that improve my team relative to the status quo" That test is why i didnt trade Gawn to help get Green. I thought 'what if Gawn scores 150+?' How shit will i feel then? What if Green scores 150 and i dont have him? The answer is "less shit than id feel if i traded Gawn and he goes big." Why? Because i realise that the rest of my team, in particular midfield is still good enough to offset the disappointment of not trading in someone that hits 150. If there is any doubt, you dont make the trade.

I must thank buttox for telling me i dont need Bowey even though my backline is weak but part of the reason why i listened to that advice is that i applied my test. "How will i feel if i trade him in for 50 or less?" Pretty shitty. How will i feel if he scores 100+ when i dont have him? Shitty...but not as bad as if i make the trade and it backfires. So i guess that is my 'test'. I think its just worst case scenario planning and if there is doubt i ere on the side of caution and dont make the trade/s. Obviously last night ended up working well for me as i dodged a bullet or two but i think my 'chosen' mindset helped me out.

McInnes in will be popular

With both De Goey and Adams out this week, he'll get some time on-ball, so I'm expecting an elevated score

Played very good at high half forward against the Cats

I hope not.
I hope he plays forward again and gets dpp the following week.
That would be gold.

For anyone that has MacDonald on the bench he should get Mid/Fwd after next week as well

In Fantasy DPP, a player needs to play 4 games to qualify I reckon, so if SC follows suit he won't be eligible until the next change after R11.
I thought so as well.
But we were both wrong.
This bloke has only played 2 games and is listed in the fantasy article as likely to get it.

Either CD are wrong or Warnie is wrong......my money is on Warnie ;)

Players must have played in four of the first five games to be eligible for the first round of DPP adjustments.

That makes sense.
1 game and a dpp change would be sort of awesome though.
