I'd probably keep Fyfe if he plays, as he has proven previously that he can play with an injured shoulder.

I thought it was pretty straight forward...

Pendles has already played, so he can't exacatly be brought in this week.

And he doesnt want to/can't afford to cop a Fyfe price drop so if he is playing this week he needs to go...

That was my point, why would he wait to bring in Pendles if he could have afforded him this week, regardless of the fact that the pies have played, he could have brought him in this morning if he had the cash, hence my assumption as to why he didn’t.

Fyfe is a premium, and if he plays I think you should keep him. His price is a moot point if you keep him.

Ryder seems to be travelling well. Managed 104 today without really doing anything, which was good, and has shown he is capable of some hefty scores.

magner and a.kennedy are no longer in the negative breakeven range. so they'll be close to peaking, but it might be a week or 2 too early to pull the trigger next week. i was bemoaning pendlebury's score against carlton as i knew this scenario would come up.

The only thing I can see working is cashing in a midpricer or a crappy premium, but neither are a grest solution because you will then need to replace them as well. I'm leaning towards sucking it up and paying $650-700k for him later.

Yeah I can't decide whether to bring Treloar in this week or not. All my rookies are playing and at least averaging around 50, but I know I'm going to need the cash in the next couple of weeks to get Pendles or else I'll miss the boat.

I'm also conscious that there will be other good rookies coming through and guys like Treloar might not be as good now as they appear. I brought Greene in and after two 70+ scores then he got a 59 and was rested
