How far Richmond have fallen – you look at their board, and the only solution they seem to have is physically hurting the opposition. Reminiscent of Geelong's "gIvE eM tHe KnEe SaV rAT!!!" from the lead up to the prelim.

Their posters are mainly soft as shit. Circlejerk with the most insane opinions on their board but won’t venture out for fear of ridicule.

As much as I like to hang shit on The Western™️ and Carlton's boards, Richmond's is comfortably the worst (despite a couple of good posters that make their way to other boards). Not even just from a football perspective – there are some genuinely bizarre individuals on there.

That's such a MFC insult. I half expected TK to be sitting in a chalet in Winnipeg sipping on a martini with a monocle/smokers jacket combo in front of a roaring log fire with a lab curled up at his feet. Probably reading the Necronomicon.
You forgot about the Punching Bag!

This just made me so happy remembering the SaV RaT KnEe which was going to end both May and Lever in the Prelim.

Well shit, they dropped McDonald. Can't say I thought they'd ever do it. Will be good to get a look at BBB and Weid in the same team, and keen to see Dunstan get a go.

Love Richmond posters claiming rule changes brought in to stop Richmond's dominance over the league.
Came here to see your board's reaction to the changes, was surprised to see McDonald is out! Woulda thought him to be ahead of Weideman, or at least play him as a defender with Lever out. Sad to see Dunstan in, absolutely played the best game of his career against us last season. He is a downgrade on Viney but will probably shred us.

But um, whilst some posters do of course talk shit, and whilst I personally think our DNA is now gone due to a combination of age and some poaching (eg. Bombers taking half our players and coaches over the past 3 years), it isn't just some dumb excuse that we think the AFL changed the rules to curb us. Apparently there is some truth to it, it was said somewhere that Richmond was analysed and they brought in "stand" as a result. Make of it what you will, but we didn't just pluck that from thin air. Seems like a weird thing to introduce to the rules so randomly otherwise, hey?

Guess those teams weren’t Locked in mate 😉
Yeah something has happened there, that is actually a rule. I play supercoach so we keep an eye on this stuff and that's actually a rule. Oh well, I much prefer that, Tmac has been shit

It's a nice position you're in now, right? Just remember it only lasts a few years at most, then you'll be lamenting what used to be, and searching for answers as to why it's gone, like we are now.

Let's hope the umpires and other fans don't treat you as shit as they do us, cause we were once the darling underdogs too. Opinions change quick.

On the plus side for Tommy, he frees up a few hours of his weekend to listen to his Jordan Peterson podcasts.
Can you confirm that if named on field you're supposed to play in regards to Sunday teams? That's an SC thing yeah, like they give the green tick

Yeah, that's usually the case. It's happened before though – interestingly, the club has deleted the team graphic they posted on Instagram last night; however, the only rule related to team sheets is that players must come from the extended squad unless the emergencies are updated prior to the game. So it's more an unspoken practice as opposed to a rule.

Yeah idk what the **** has happened there, maybe they just didn't put in an extended bench and just picked the team
