I don’t think Shiel plays yet. That was his first run around in a very long time on the weekend.

And before it gets suggested - remember Shiel was downright awful when we bought him back mid-late last year and played him as the sub a couple times.

Massive massive massive game! If we go into Anzac Day 4-2 pushing 5-2, that is an outstanding start to the season, which no one had predicted given the draw.

It is a good thing that the Crows beat the Blues as I think going into the game against the Crows being 0-5 would've made the job tougher, but it also looks like they found something against the Blues, which might energise them more.

Big Laverde fan, but Hayes has over-taken him form-wise. I think we need the height back there too.

if what i'm reading is accurate, i wouldn't be opposed to having archie roberts get a game against adelaide (or norf/west coke for that matter) as it will offer him a valuable opportunity in a relatively low stakes environment
