Haven't lost to the Lions since 2009 when it was Crouch, O'Loughlin and Barry's last game. Hasn't been a competitive fixture between us in even longer. Hard to remember anything noteworthy in this fixture since the Bradshaw revenge game in 2010.

Usually all this fixture offered us in recent years are injury opportunities.

Some great little gems in this Lions side. They just don't have that ability to execute.

They've created a fair amount of opportunities this season. And they can score. Their conversion is terrible though. And their quality mids attack hard, but don't defend near enough as much as their brittle backline requires. They tend to open up, miss and concede - which would suit our mix to a tee.

It would be great to see the Lions back up in the eight. I miss their swagger. No disrespect, but we should have this one.

Injuries can happen at any time and are unrelated to the scoreline.

I'd rather us win by 100 and have the team learn to put the opposition to the sword.

I believe the team backs off when they have reached their KPI's for the match/quarter.
