Well I'll be playing him at D6 without any cover anyway now that Taylor Adams is out haha. Hoping for the best.
Starting to question if Petracca is the rookie option to bring in, his price does worry me.
Taylor Adams. Good for West Coast, not so good for my fantasy teams
Can't believe im doing it but going to keep Sam Gray, he obviously has the potential to go big so may aswell!
Instead now giving Pet a miss for a week and going:
Dea to Blakely
Lonergan to Vince.
Should work out better but im not sure if I should trade Adams instead of Dea and then be able to get Keays?
Thoughts would be much appreciated. Have to play Keays or Blakely on the field...

Thanks to a bit of DPP magic (Ryan Davis to the fowardline and Callum Mills to the backline), if we didn't get the new position changes to those players this week these trades actually wouldn't have been possible. Sammy Gray and Jess Lonergan have consistently let me down and It's really time they go. Ben Keays is an unknown but he's racked the ball up in the NEAFL and is 62k cheaper than Christian Petracca. The Dees still have Oliver and Brayshaw out who are very similar players so if Petracca has a slow start he can be very easily dropped.
Going with Keays also allows me to bring Mr Dependlebury at an unbelievably cheap price and still leaves me with 61k in the bank, I'm a little scared that this may make my midfield now way to expensive in comparison to the rest of my team.

We've both had Petracca for just about the whole week and now neither of us will put him in haha. You don't have the money to go Dea -> Keays and then Lonergan -> Vince?

I dont think he is worth it without seeing him. Wagner/DBJ have runs on the board in my opinion. Thats why I am bringing in Wagner. I may grab the other next week when I downgrade Dea/Adams as I have 100K and will keep points/cash flowing

C. Daniel, do we know how long he is out for? he is sitting on my pine. I would have traded him this week, but Lambert/Sheridan were higher priorities.
could be 1-2 weeks but i can't risk having a player of his price sit on my pine not making me money i like having all green lights
for me my highest priority was getting rid of Sam Gray and Darcy Parish but at least they are still in play

I like green lights except players that will fall horribly below their BE and rookies will outscore them

Sam is next week for me, though, I will probably trade Davis/Menadue/Dea out before him.... I am hoping the port outs will see him chucked in the mids. I have so many spuds!!!

He seems to have had limited mid time at port though I am not sure why. Fingers crossed he tons up this week as I have bigger issues to worry about foe the next couple of weeks
i want Sam to ton it up he was part of my original team that I picked over zaharakis in last min and hard to give up on but need to replace Marcus Adams/Darcy parish/Eric Mckenzie/Menadue/McCarthy in next couple of weeks

Made me so happy that Marcus didn't smash after getting rid of Barlow last week. Not sure I could have handled that.
For me i traded out Barlow for Zerrett and costed me 150 points as i made him captain when it was originally Treloar

That's a pretty good effort this year. Easily still in it. How are you looking for the byes?
still got too many week 14 byes in defence but have it evenly spaced out for other positions just hope that Mason Cox doesn't get drop cause both my rucks (goldstein/martin) are week 15 byes so i can concentrate on getting bench mids to replace when i have gablett/steven/treloar/hall out
