Port just looked the better team in that half. I don't think the midfield has been bad but the forward are struggling. Lets hope for an improvement in the second half.

It’s pretty similar to last week.

Port and Hinkley play like Voss and Carlton: basically all their gameplan rests on winning at clearance and contested ball.

Like last week, if we at least break even there, we should win.

We're looking off the pace and fumbly our inside 50s we're terrible. Port are playing well - we clamped down on jhf but Boak and Powell P are shredding us up. They are going quick when they can and we are struggling to stop them with tackles which will breakdown our zone and therefore some of their entries make our defence look very loose.
Wilkie, Members, Crouch need to lift and I think we need to mix up the midfield a bit.

Hopefully RTB can steady the boys and we can belt em in the 2nd half

Hopefully Nas comes back on, really limits our use of Sinclair otherwise. Marshall dominant around the ground but splitting the ruck contest and Port look like they are streaming out of the clearances off the taps.

Second quarters have been our worst all year especially after such positive starts. Bulldogs, Carlton, Freo in particular were awful. We need to stop being too cute with it.

Not sure if the stats tell the same story but to me Port look like they have moved it from one end to the other quite easily

Byrnes missing for most of that half, think Windhager is breathing down his neck at this stage. Horne Francis has got the better of Clark at this stage.

Feel like we have let them back in this match.

We just need to dial it back to our basics, work for each other, and keep the pressure on. I know we're good enough to win, we just need to stay on track.

There's a bit to be sooky about. Just need to get back to our first 1/4 pressure, the scrappiness I can live with.
