OK, so I'm declaring my run for the title dead with some f ups like Karnezis, Z Smith, Harper, Varcoe, Kruezer, Gibbs, Grimes, M Wright, Franklin, Hartlett & most recently Yarran & Thomas all compounding into my demise. There's just no coming back from that much carnage.

Still hoping for a strong tun home & hopefully taking out a league or two.

This week Thomas > Priddis & Yarran > Broughton.

Clean ya bench up, at least cash in on some non-playing rookies. There's some good stocks coming through the backline with Clarke, Thurlow, Sam cokehoon. Buddy will still be cheap next week.
Already have Buddy and I'm bringing in Thurlow. Couple weeks ago, it was toss of the coin for either Laird or JClarke. Win some lose some. I hope Laird gets named.

What are everyone's thoughts on libba? I jumped on him early in the season and am now regretting it.. last 3 scores of 95, 78, 68.

Should I keep him or hope it's just a rough patch?! What have those of you that have/had him done with him?

broughton???? :confused::confused::eek::eek::thumbsdown::thumbsdown:

surely there are better options than him..how much do u have to spend?

Can bring in Birch or Duffield

Duffman (469K) has a BE of 54 Vs Sydney, so will rise if he plays a full game. Lets say he gets 95 (avg)

Birch (493K) has a BE of 161, but is playing GWS and might pull a 140. So he would drop price and i could get him next week, but i'd miss out on a potential monster score against the minnows

Who would you go?

Will have enough money to get the other next week, just not sure which way to go this week.....

Buddy or Hanley?

Still can't decide and its driving me to drink!

No donuts in the backs but Goddard is the only premium in there along with Goodes, Vlastuin, Stevenson, Turlich, L.Brown (H.Shaw, Pittard)

Forward line is Cox, Rockcliff, Martin, Bartel, Kennedy, Dwyer (Neade, Macaffer)

I just know that if I don't go Neade > Franklin that Buddy will punish me with a score of 180.

Could use him as vc with the captain loophole too.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would think that Daw has a higher ceiling. Hannath might start as first ruck, but they've brought in Zac Clarke to cover as well and he'll get his fair share of time in the centre.
This is true.

However Zac Clarke hasn't exactly been running around in the twos waiting for a call up. He's been sidelined with a calf injury and hasn't played a match for two months. He's severely underdone for match fitness and will probably be subbed off at some stage.

The question is whether Hannath's greater share of ruck duties will see high enough scores (e.g. Giles 2012) to justify picking him (at $45K cheaper) over Daw, who has a 139 in his rolling average and can go big if he gets on the end of a few sausage rolls.

Michael Johnson also says hello re: share of the ruck. :thumbsu:

With Gibbs and Heath out I need to trade Hutchins. Can't decide between Colhoooooon or Thurlow. I'm thinking Colhooooons JS is a lot better? I like Thurlow as a player more though!! I'm thinking Hutchins OUT and Colhoooon IN. Wines OUT and Priddis IN. Tempted to go with Zaharakis over Priddis to..... Will trade Heath out later as he isn't playing and won't drop in price.

What are people doing with Thomas? Should I hold or not?

Expected to make way for Cassisi is youngster Sam Colquhoun after making a solid debut against the Tigers last weekend.

Despite collecting 17 touches in his first game, Hinkley admitted the 18-year-old's slight 179cm, 72kg frame struggled with the rigours of AFL football.

Hmmm that only leaves Thurlow I suppose. There is Staker to but i'd like to see him play 2 games first. Especially because I need the score with Gibbs and Heath out.

Shouldn't of hopped on. Boyd was out so Libba was the main man in the centre, Boyd's back and now he has competition. I'd get rid of him personally, don't know his B/E so either hold off if his going to make some money/breakeven or trade him if he's going to lose money. Of course if you have more pressing matters, downgrades/injuries etc. he should be the least of you're concerns as he should still be hitting that 80~ consistently.

Thomas gone for mine, they are resting him for 2 weeks and seeing what happens. Last time they did that he needed surgery. After 2 weeks of rest he will then need to train fully without reinjuring before a return.
PS. How long has Beams been 2 weeks away?:thumbsu:
