Need a bit of advice guys:

My current forward line is - Dangerfield, R.Gray, Zorko, Rioli, Wingard, Higgins with JKH, S. Lloyd on the bench.

I don't plan on having JKH or Lloyd on ground at any point again this season apart from byes obviously, but I am desperate for some cash.

Would it be foolish to consider downgrading JKH or Lloyd to Ambrose at this point?

I still feel like I can make more cash out of my midfield rookies so I'm reluctant to downgrade any yet.

Why do you NEED to take out Ablett & Pendlebury? Seems like a waste of 4 trades, seeing as you'll want to get both of them back in straight away.

Whoever you bring in (Watson, Jones or anybody else) will automatically miss one of the next 2 weeks owing to their teams bye. Why not just hang on to Ablett and Pendlebury, take the hit this week, and be fine going forward with the best 2 players in SC. Not sure why you would burn the trades? Or am I misunderstanding your question???

what makes you think Acres scoring ability is blah?

his 1st game was against the hawks where the points spread was 65 / 35 or something absurd and he still scored high 50's?

Anyone know his junior stats?

I know the saints board have all juiced up repeatedly over this kid, some comparing his movement and time to Pendles....

Then the week after take out Watson & Jones and restore my team to its current glory.

Why not Thomas > Ambrose (Zorko DPP)?

You could then go JKH/Lloyd > Mid Premo (via Zorko DPP) at a later date?

The concept really is using trades to get an extra 2 premium scores (or 2 less rookie scores) in the maximum 54 allowed for the next 3 weeks.

If you're prepared to burn 2 trades to do it, go for it, good luck

You could then go JKH/Lloyd > Mid Premo (via Zorko DPP) at a later date?

Have $100k left. In theory Cutler and Gardiner are options but Cutler seems prone to the vest and is more expensive than Aylett, and I dislike Gardiner's scoring potential.
