Understand your point about maintaining shape but we'd have missed more than 20 tackles in the first half. Shape is only relevant if you can apply pressure to the ball carrier, too often they have been walking out of contests more or less uncontested, and that's before the broken tackles.

Yes because they have better cattle that can evade our tackles.

It's not lack of effort, they're just better because they've been playing this a lot longer and have better players.

We don’t really have one outside of some zone off players etc and then medium sized.

We’ve relied on Dunn/Roughead rather than the draft.

Now that the experienced 'over compensated' and 'overrated' are left without experienced soldiers to do the heavy lifting we are finding out just who is fair dinkum and who isn't.

Sadly some of them are immensely overpaid.
