Unfortunately you can't teach an appetite for the contest and the physical side of the game.

We have a bunch of players in our team who wouldn't get a game at a team like GWS where that type of effort is non negotiable across the board.

Burton, Farrell, Finlayson, Marshall to name a few aren't particularly keen on the physical side of the game.
