Didn't really want to trade but with Naughton going down and no cover have to. I want to swing Sicily back but the forwards I want Walters/Buddy are going to need more time so thinking of going.

Holman - Philips

Naughton - Lloyd

It was between Lloyd, Hurley and Ryan. Lloyd wins out on price roll and consistency. Leaves my backline looking like this.

Laird, Simpson, Yeo, Lloyd, Doedee and Murray.

Wanted to hold next week, but with the DEF rookies all not achieving their b/e's for various reasons, at least one of them has to go.

It would be nice if Murphy could finally get a game for the Crows to make the decision a little less important.

Holman to philips
Naughton to Webster or someone else under about 480k

Finlayson - Phillips
Holman - Keefe

First thoughts looking a bit like this.

Petracca to Phillips (allows me to Bring Walters back forward)

Finlayson to Yeo.
Phillips has played one game.
Next week could score 23 or do his ACL.
Hold off until on the bubble.

Finlayson -> Yeo
Holman -> Phillips/Ahern

14 trades left. On track to delete my team by the end of the byes :rainbow:.

You're right and I'd agree with you 90% of the time.. But sometimes they just show enough in one game to go early.

Getting Spargo 2 weeks ago after one game allowed me to get Ronke THIS week. Meanwhile I could spend another trade on an upgrade both times as well.

If I'd waited for Spargo to play 2, I wouldn't have Ronke. Gotta have faith yo.

Was going to go Naughton > Phillips via Sicily via Higgins and Doedee to Yeo but Naughton will lose about $30k so can't afford Yeo now till the week after.

So instead I am going to go Holman > Phillips and Naughton > Ronke via Sicily.

I figure that I may as well grab Ronke even though he has gone up price wise as he is safe as houses on the ground now, a good scorer and will get to $400,000 in no time which will make him an easy trade to Buddy/Walters.

Coffield > Cummings and Doedee > Yeo the week after that....

Naughtons breakeven was only 28, so should only lose around 10k

Strongly considering Tom McDonald as a POD. 86, 86, 135 in his 3 games this year. Should be around 475k this week. Has premo scoring history, albeit as a defender. Very mobile, can take a contested grab & an accurate kick for goal. I figure if Hogan & Darling can average 95+ then so can TMac. His B/F DPP is handy too, can swing back & fwd with Sicily. Dees have a nice draw over the next few weeks as well. Only thing I have concerns about is his delayed start to the year, but seems like he's over his injuries now.

Naughton to drop 6-7k according to tooserious. Had a low BE.

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!

I've been there before and soooo badly wanted to kick him in the head after about 6 weeks

Geez he was shit!

I am having nightmares about finally getting the guts to trade Billings...then him going 120, 130, 150, 140 and me looking again, like an utter campaigner.

Menegola, Lambert, Hibberd, Kreuzer and now I can't add Billings to the list :(

After seeing Billings play last night I just don't see those kind of scores for him in the near future. Unless he finds some confidence and a SC friendly positional role change. Can't see how Saints don't drop him, he's a passenger right now.
