What do people think of:

OUT: Cunnington, Brown
IN: Vince, Tippett

I can wait for Gysberts to get more games to make money, but right now I think it might be safer to use the money I recieved from trading for Gysberts. Vince and Tippett are the best combo I can afford, they have obvious upside and they should get better as their team gets better.

Thoughts?

Not sold Thommo. Have you got cover for Brown for 2 weeks? How many trades will that leave you?

I understand it's a shaky concept, but ti could be worth a punt, really.

I'd go for goose

Can you down grade someone for cash and maybe wait till Roo is back and his price is dropped and swap brown for him?

Hurn - Goodwin or Gilbee?

Both very good SuperCoachers, but Gilbee being the massive scorer and Goodwin the consistent good scorer. Don't know which to choose.
Any suggestions?

I'd go Gilbee. Biased opinion yes but a terrific user of the ball and I think he will be freed up a little with Bob going down back and the return of Hargrave.

I'd just wait on Higgins, a BE of 162. He'll be available next week for around $30K less.

Sick of Goodes, so will trade him for Watson. Rockliff>Chapman will also happen if he pulls up. Will leave about 120k in the bank, so will wait a week or two to trade Hall>Riewoldt, leaving my team complete, with 3 trades left however...........

Have to find a replacement for Matty Kruezer. I'd love to grab Ryder but i've only got 61k in the bank. Looking at HMAC, Jolly and Clark. They all free up a bit more cash for a Maguire upgrade which I need to make to save yet another 0.

what about mummy...average of 85 at the moment, has been having a good year, and a great month in SC.

Other than that, out of your options up there, i'd go Hmac...i think hes solid.

Is maguire due to be back soon ? if not, ill be looking at trading him out

Bigger concerns for me though is my forwardline. Higgins, Brown, Sylvia all out or with serious question marks over their heads. I have two reserves in Gumby and Rockliff so i need to trade one.

Im inclined to keep Brown as i think he'll be back to his best before long. So which of the other two would you trade to ?

Hille reinjuring his hammy really really hurts.

A couple of weeks ago instead of replacing him I traded Warnock > West (Almost got Bellchambers, would have meant Malceski instead of Enright which would have been good too).

At least I didn't trade him to Kreuzer I guess =/.

Hille > Any ruckman other than Sandi this week. Very very low on trades.

I'd steer clear of big Cox. Apparently been getting injections due to his groin flaring up. Rumoured though so up to you what you make of it.

Of those, Hmac/Jolly/Clark and Shaw seem good value for mine...although Ryder and Grimes could definitely pay off but are more expensive (iirc?).

Ryder and Shaw would be the ideal pair IMO. But that's waaaay to expensive for what you can afford. And I think you'd just fall short of Shaw and Mumford? So like IDIG said i'd go with HMAC and Shaw. Maybe consider Clark, Jolly and Graham as well.

l thought l posted here earlier my computer must of $hit it self..
anyway l am a week late with the trades l wanna do roughy to buddy/boomer and goose to gilbee all 3 had great rounds l need one more premium/very good defender my backs are enright,Hodge,Godard,malsexi,Gilbert player X and waters.l would like gilbee but cant afford buddy and gilbee so l could get the gilbee/boomer package but l don't think boom will score well this week with ling on his @rss.l also might upgrade nitnat to jolly/jamar and wait a week on boomer/buddy.but roughy is really $hiting off what to do get gilbee and jolly or grimes and buddy l think l can do grimes/buddy and wait on nicknat up grade. if you can under stand all that what should l do.

In all honesty, if you are only thinking about winning a specific league, all you have to do is ensure you have trades in the last few rounds.

If you're confident that you'll finish in the top 4 or 8 now, I'd make sure I've got 6 trades left for the last 4 rounds. Why? Players in good sides are consistently rested in the later rounds, and good players in crap sides are put on ice. If you have trades to swap these players out 'one for one', you're likely to win. Especially when we're talking a Hodge/Ablett/Goddard... regular 150+ scorer.

To me the winner is the highest point scorer of any given league. The Vs competition means nothing. Rank the league by points scored, that is your real winner.

Sitting undefeated in my cash leauge which is ranked 468.

Only 12K left and 8 trades.

Anyone else serious about Hille -> Tippet and some odd $40K? Seems tempting with his last scores (bar that ugly 30 odd). Been playing with Hille's fat hamstring donut for weeks now, got no cover for him.

Hille must be traded out i feel, copping zeros hurts to much for anymore than 1 week. Tippett has played well over last month and would be a good option

My issue is who to trade to get chappy this week. do i trade out J Brown or Fyfe?

Fyfe seems to have peaked but will be a hnady emergecny or do keep brown on my becnh then when hes back i use one of hall or pods as my emergency
