S27 was fitzroybowiedog 's last season as Captain, S28 was my first season as Captain.

Just to show the immense changes sweeping through the club at the time - we managed to lose both away clashes by 11 points !!! How the Sim can rig this one, not even Mobbs can explain !!!

This week in Roys History - we look at our Rd 11 history against our opponent for this week, the Coney Island Warriors...

Interestingly, this week is the 6th time since Season 21 - that the Roys have faced the Warriors in Round 11 of the competition. We have played the Warriors in this round in Season 21, 23, 24, 27, 29 and S33 (this season) - for a sad tale of 1 win and 4 losses (with one still to come this afternoon).

Our highest (and only) winning margin was 9 points, in S29 - with a heartbreaking 113 - 114 loss in S24 - with poor kicking cruelling the Roys once again.

115 points (S29) is our highest score, while our lowest tally was an accurate, but unsuccessful 12.2.74 points.

Hopefully our win last time out was an omen and we can look forward to celebratory Chudshakes this afternoon !!
