Official Match Thread S18 Second Elimination Final: Coney Island Warriors vs Roys FFC at Van Cortlandt Park

Sixth place against seventh, the first final played at Van Cortlandt Park for sheep stations is underway, will the team who last laughed gain the upper hand again or will the side that doesn't laugh but jokes around be the ultimate winners?

Way back in Round 16 these sides met at BJO and seen the old fellas come out on top, as always Reardo led well all day with mooch and @brettman13 solidly supporting their captain. The Warriors also seen zackah BigJoeD and their inspirational leader Frankston Rover stand up but they just could not get the ball to El Dubya even though they doubled the roys 9 inside 50's.

What a match up, the Roys are a good attacking side but lack defence, where as the Warriors are the polar opposites with candiehappy the best fullback in the SFA this season, could he be their ultimate weapon of mass destruction or will Fred win out and put the Warriors to the stake?

Players to watch.
3KZ is Football, very under rated player by most sides in the SFA, great wingman who works in well with mooch, around top twenty in disposals a good tackler and a proficient frees gatherer and a good marker of the ball, just don't listen to his how high he climbs........ that blokes stuck to the ground.

invinciBlues is another player who is on the rise, though it seems as he has been noticed a tad more than 3KZ, is it due to his goal kicking ability or the fact that the bloke is witty..........i'd like to think that this rookie has made enough waves to roll this joint up and smoke it, just don't Mooch it all.

I agree, you do need to step up in finals, but there is no reason to be uncooth. Its not in my nature.
Some get on the front foot and bring out the aggro, some just start going for quantity, me I'm all about the irreverence and civility, why totally overhaul my style?
Finals is my time to become more baffling and nonsensical. If you dont like it, I'll curb stomp the **** out of you.
