Awesome that I didn't get picked straight up. I was beginning to think I was gonna have to deliver on all those expectations in my first week.
Anyway I'm busy this week with personal issues that I think will be sorted out with a cruise ship voyage to Hawaii and a few Margaritas watching
the sunset on the those beautiful beaches then flying straight back to punt rd Tuesday, first class of course. You won't see this prized recruit doing anything less than
is necessary to help the mighty Fighting Furies win that Premiership. Confidence around the club is sky high with my signing and even though I'll be in Hawaii
on gameday I'm sure the team will play 110% better just knowing I'm on the Clubs Playing List. Go get 'em Furies and I'll see youse next week at training.

A truly courageous and strong team and a team that I'm proud to co-captain.
Who would have thought that a few months back we were staring down the barrel of a gun and looking at a wooden spoon?
Who would have thought that this mismatched band could pull together as one and build some amazing momentum coming into the finals series?

Coming back from the last offseason and co-captaining with Doctor Colossus has been an absolute pleasure - he does all the bits of the job I hate and thinks I'm sane. Thinking back on the days when I was co-captain with Tarkyn_24, I could not help but think that he was to blame for everything that went wrong. Even in the season after he'd left. That's how bad he was. East Side has never had its problems exacerbated by penalties from the tribunal, because we were aware from the beginning that you can't halfarse this gig and think you can get away with it. It's really incredibly obvious.

I have seen some amazing progress this year: Doctor Colossus has learned first aid. Tayl0r has her kleptomania under control. Wacky Tiger's lawyer is more confident than ever that the prosecution won't make those charges stick. The Filth Wizard has brought decency and goodness to the league and everyone is thrilled. larrikin is third on the Tasmanian Senate ticket for the Jacqui Lambie Network. Biggie's insurance premiums have gone down since he switched to Youi. Brown Bottle is now simply known as Bottle because we don't judge him like that. And regular appearances from Karnezis_13, go you pups, Gilbert_Hodge and HawkAussie have made this whole thing just so wonderfully magical and a joy to partake in.

(Our back six does seem to have gone quiet. The odd 'like' has been spotted, so we know they're out there somewhere, presumably perfecting the art of pouncing on the opposition undetected...for them, there is no downtime!)

Win or lose, it does not matter as the sim will soon get reset and this will mean **** all next season. How like life.
