Remember the Dragons are only a hybrid composite of the earlier Dragons and the Southern Sharks. They are the Southern Dragons. They did try to change their name from the Southern Dragons to just the Dragons FFC (following out initiative as did the Gumbies later), but this change is only recognised on Dragon Island.
