The admin just waived a rule for a rule breach and used it as a reminder given it's Round 1, no reason he can't do the same for the Bombers.

Not that, "it's Round 1" should come into it, the rule can only be breached by Rd 1.

I'm with you Clarkey. We can't pick and choose when we remind captains of sub-rules. They're written there. Naming players that have signalled no intent to join the league publicly (whether by sign up or by posting in a team/match thread) is a medium breach just like forgetting to put player outs is a high breach. Everybody has put out a team list, not everybody has done it to the full legality.
