Bears have appealed and since its a bit late to do a captain vote and it was a harsh decision anyway, I have decided to not activate the suspended sentence.

Therefore Muddiemoose is free to play this week.

Suspended sentence still stands.

That said if I were a nefarious captain-type, I'd be looking to see how many low level infractions I could carry out before someone cited me. The administration still owes me from when Ant Bear handed out a suspended sentence to me for not actually breaking any rule.
