Which club does fumbler play for?

Been watching this one.

He has literally been back for one week and that was late last season when he rejoined the Dragons. Sign up thread one day, seven days later was the last time he logged onto BigFooty.

Neither team should bother.

But this one will be fun tomorrow

But surely a Dragon based on the information available?

With the player unavailable to confirm their intentions and the dragons claiming to be unaware of fumbles desire to change teams, the onus falls squarely on Tigerturbulance to prove he intended to change clubs.

For sure. Not delisted.

Flip side the OOB have listed Wacky Tiger who has been equally unsighted but at least delisted by the Furies.

Wacky posted in their team thread yesterday, so I think that one is above board.

Id almost make TT prove this too. However, common sense says retaining players within the league should take priority. Therefore this one gets a pass imo.

He’s not been on the website since mid May. He lasted one week after the sign up thread where he returned to the Dragons. He’s clearly not told the Dragons he’s leaving.

Again, both teams should proceed without him in my opinion as he’s been back once in two years or so but even then, hard to justify an OOB listing.

Happy with the info given that he posted in their thread.

Ultimately the Rules should be adjusted for this scenario. We make it so new players have to post on the forum to confirm their intentions - we should have the same rule in place for off-season player transfers.

Years ago the Wonders tried this on and signed a handful of former posters without permission, it ended quickly. Common sense should prevail though if a player is on a list already, intent to move should be public.

At that, imagine being that desperate to list a player that 1) has been gone for two months that also 2) only came back for 1 week to another side, after disappearing for two or three years.

Expansion.
