My club doesn’t get a player perma’d on average once a season.

It doesn’t take Einstein to figure out there’s something wrong at Baghdad if you’re still losing player after player to the same rules that have been in existence for years
He's right though, you're post was ignorant and just a cheap shot, but hey it's you mate.

You’ve called me many things over the years, but this is the first time you’ve called me a post

Now you've done it, Pugsley loves a good post.

Don't get bitter, get better. We need to accept we're in an era where the hawks are watching.

As I said in my interview with Tonga, in a different time, the rules were applied just as strictly, BUT there was a general "look out for each other" vibe going on. That no longer exists.
Nah that's bullshit.

Nice little freudian slip there too, the Hawks were the absolute worst at skulking the teamsheet & squad lists back then!! :tearsofjoy:

The only heads ups that ever went around the joint were for few select clubs courtesy of Ant Bear looking after mates. It's always been dog eat dog and it should be, it's a competition FFS.

For the record, this was a 1 game suspension pre KP resuming. Bombers melting over a watered down first strike warning is popcorn gear.

So the only point of contention is at what time the change to the squad needs to be finalised. I have searched and failed to find where 6.05am on a Monday morning is mentioned in the rules as the cut off for squad changes.
The change isn't complete until both the squad list and ins/outs is amended.

Only half of the change was made, meaning it was incomplete.

What was the charge again?

Yeah - I copped a week for this many seasons ago - can’t remember if I massively melted though…

Oh wait - no I didn’t. I just didn’t make the same mistake again…

Do you remember what the time was?

Are you saying that you learned from your mistake unlike the OOBs?
And I guess that you accepted responsibility unlike the bombers.

Ummmm, it's not bullshit. At all.

And the Hawks were run by The Filth Wizard, I wasn't anything but a rookie. Nothing to do with me. So nothing close to a Freudian slip. What a weird link.

I'm talking my time at the Wonders. We were clearly given heads up by opposing captains who recognised we were close to squad numbers, and that the Bombers had directly caused it. There was support to ensure we didn't run foul of the rule, whilst acknowledging that if we broke it, it would be upheld.

ALWAYS doing some heavy lifting here. Maybe always in your time. Did always start in Season 26? Because before then, believe it or not, it was, at times, different.

And this suspension, I'm hard agree. No issues.
