If Hinkley stuffs up this years finals, which is what he usually does, he's going to be under pressure he can't imagine, even the media will turn on him, the coach with one of if not the best midfield in the comp.

There's nowhere to hide Donuts.
Lol this is fanciful. He has them eating his shit direct from a pipe up his anus.

Lol...the media love Ken.
Kane will lead the agenda with "I didn't even have Port in my 8 so Ken did a great job".

He'll just do what he did in 2021, tell people he did nothing wrong and then disappear until just before the next season starts.

Nobody in the history of the game has a better record of avoiding scrutiny.

He can hide behind a premature and unwarranted two year contract extension

He can if he wants but Koch is the one I want hammered for this premature dumb extension.
Koch will be in the gun barrel and the media won't hold back deflecting the blame away from Donuts while pulling the trigger on Kock.
We have to remove the tv hack to remove Hinkley.

Not waiting until the end of finals is the key here, there's going to be alot of egg on face candidates.
No one involved in Hinkley's contract extension is accountable to anyone. They will not have egg on their faces as they will just roll out the same old excuses. It's everyone's fault except for Hinkley and his enablers.

They have already rolled out the line that not extending his contract before finals would result in poorer performances in the finals. So if we bomb out as expected the line will be "image how bad we'd have been if we hadn't extended Kenny?"

Tell me your a happy clapper without telling me

Tarp days were some of the best times of my life ironically. 2011 game v Collingwood my mate and I painted Chad Cornes initials on our chests, hoping we'd get to celebrate his career with a goal or something. We ended up resorting to lifting our shirts up when he got a touch lol, which didn't happen many times.

Barrett had already said he gives Hinkley a pass if we go out in straight sets because he doesn't have a ruck and a key back.

There is no pressure coming from the media.

There are excuses every time, gaw gee one year it'll be our year!

(That year was 2021 where absolutely evrrything aligned and we still blew it the **** up in total embarassment)

Poor Hinkley again suffering from circumstances outside of his control. If only he'd had 11 years to develop a ruck or a key back, things might have been different.

Anyway what are Dougal Howard, Billy Frampton and Peter Ladhams up to these days?
