Just made 1.5 litres of orange liqueur(orange equivalent of limoncello)

Going to make some spiced rum tomorrow.

Not quite. Made it with Polish spirit and orange peel. Watered down to 25% alcohol and sweetened.

I let my spiced rum age for a full half hour before drinking.
It's not bad but I think I might let it age until Friday.

I love it like that, I’m I big fan of the golf and the open pips the masters as my favourite. I used to play a lot but my knees and hips are shot so I’ve played my last game unfortunately.

Shiraz

Smoother then old mate from WA hands

Shiraz can be one of the more fickle wines.
A smooth one is awesome, but get one that's a bit rough and it can be worse than the cheapest rotgut.
I often buy discount wines, but not discount Shiraz.
