Yep if we don't fight back we could be starting to loose ground from round one. We won't beat WC so probably only two winnable games before round ten if this is our effort. Could be bottom 4 at this rate.

That's just obviously false. They altered their play entirely. You're being a pessimist after one half ffs. Wait and see how a few games turn out. If we "capitulate" in a multitude of games and are playing poorly, then we have a conversation.

Point being that even the best teams drop games or quarters with lackluster play. Drawing that out to doom and gloom is your prediction, not reality.

3rd man up isn't what is making Gawn beat Hickey, it's the umpires not bouncing the ball at the centre bounces due to the turf- Hickey uses his ball judgement and leap to beat Gawn at CB's and that's been completely taken away from him.
