Interchange is by far the most difficult to select and yet easiest at the same time. This season, I opted to go for one prime position player and one non-prime position player. After weighing up all the information, here's who were anointed as the 2 interchange players for Season 37's All SFA.
GreyCrow – the Royals ruckman had an impressive season this year in the ruck for the Royals, averaging a solid 20.5 disposals per game, 4 tackles and 12.5 hitouts per match, Greycrow held up well among the Royals midfield unit, tapping them through to the Sweet FA Finals in elite fashion. Greycrow has slotted in well to the league since his debut in Season 23 and now adds All-SFA honours #4 to the resume – well done on the accolade.
Purple7x08_24 – The colour that’s also a mathematical equation was silently putting up consistent numbers all season on the field. I’m just as confused as you are but the equation seemed to make sense to Purple themselves this season. Purple, in a team full of stars, was active averaging 22 posts per game and was able to also acquire 13.5 disposals across the backline this season. While results didn’t go their way, the Warriors have found a talent in Purple this season who is honoured with their first All-SFA honours. Well done Purple.
