BTW Proper Gander the limes, tomatoes, chillies, garlic, coriander and spring onions for this are all from my own garden. Can’t wait to add the pomegranates .

I do a goat cheese, pomegranate and rocket salad. The pomegranate is so good bc it pops and adds a whole different element. So delish!
