Just rediscovered the US version of the Bridge (Prime) which I watched years ago. A terrific albeit grim show.

The haunting theme song by Ryan Bingham recalled Mr Cooder and his perfect soundtrack accompaniment to Paris Texas. IRL I look like Harry Dean Stanton tho thinner. Am gunna hunt down the film and watch it again.

With Donny on 'roids, dafter than ever and looking to reverse his electoral fortunes through some new distraction I dug through other news and saw N Korea are touting a new ballistic missile.

I tried the rower a bit but it's kind of hard to get the heart up

Bought a rower as I am due for knee op. & struggle with walking exercising, find it as boring as hell.
Fortunately knee to be done within the month, so hopefully won’t be long before fit again….. or as fit as an old fart can get.

On a Saturday morning Horrie would be droppping into the RZSS and having a chat about stuff and whatever we were playing at the time. Forever missed and forever appreciated.

Seriously how good is the Baghdad Bombers team? Here I was in the engine room (centre) driving the Allies to a well deserved SoO victory & because the Bombers are so stocked with talent, I find myself on a HFF.
Noting that my opponent CatToTheFuture didn’t play for any team, I might have to show off the winning trophy, providing GWS Goose hasn’t shown it already. Ahh WTF! Here it is …. so be afraid Cat, I am in scintillating form & besides, I haven’t forgotten the 2009 GF

Actually this is true. For many years neuroscientists believed we were born with a finite number of brain cells and we couldn’t create more. Modern science has led to that theory being proven wrong. There is a process called neuro genesis which shows certain activities promote cell creation from our hippocampus. One such action is the horizontal tango! So exercises in the bed promote better brain function. I encourage everyone to go grow some brain cells!
