Everyone here is too worried about the umpires or we having too many defenders or our ruck or guys with not enough games under their belt..

The real question is why hasn’t anyone on this forum taken a nervous sh*t yet??🤪

Pre game function at Emerald Lakes Golf Club from 4 pm today.
Just ring Selina and pay $20 which is a food/drink voucher.

I just rang and booked, it went to her message bank and she rang straight back.
It's an outdoor beer garden for the Qld Richmond Supporters Group, the indoor tables are booked out I think.

I say the biggest the issue why is Soldo going down very underestimated , being trying to get same structure and we just can't his been a huge loss.
I don’t think losing Soldo is the issue, it’s more the timing. Less time to adapt and work out your best team. Lynch getting injured also hindered working out our best way forward.

Would be highly embarrassing for the club / players to go out in straight sets. That's not how we roll. Agreed our discipline was a huge issue last week, along with missing Lynch and the despicable umpiring. Lynch returns, so hopefully we learn from last week. I've been filthy all week - I used to be used to losing, now I friggen HATE the thought. Can't see us losing with Lynch onboard and their outs. No excuses this time. Not sure why so many melts with the changes, as they are fine with me. Lynch was always coming in, and Chol was useless. Aarts was a bit stiff but Nank needs help and he has not had any help for two weeks. Balta to give him a chop out with Broad covering. Saints faster ? Sure - but as the game drags on, talls don't get any smaller.

The kitchen sink will be thrown at us for at least a half, but our experience will prove too strong and decide the outcome.

Tigers by 18 points.

Based on last night's session, I get the feeling we may see Bolton back around the forward line again tonight. Bolton, Rioli, George as the three smalls.

But Bolton will still likely spend some time in the middle.

I hope Balta is the relief ruck. It did sound like we had a trick up our sleeve. That surely thus doesn't mean Broad because we've already tried that one this year.

I expect to see:

Vlastuin, Astbury, Broad
Houli, Grimes, Short
McIntosh, Cotchin, Lambert
Rioli, Riewoldt, Bolton
Balta, Lynch, Castagna
Nankervis, Martin, Prestia
Edwards, Graham, Pickett, Baker

Though I lament the fact that Caddy still isn't in the side as a forward, you'd have to say that's the best we've possibly looked all year? It's our 2019 Premiership defence back together, with a maturing and exciting Balta roaming around as a forward/ruck hybrid. We've found Bolton is a gun mid and can use him there at will, but can re-deploy him as a forward to help there too (was our leading goal kicker till he was forced into the middle, from memory).

I'm of the view that we play the Pies in the granny. We then win by 1 point when the goal review system overturns a Collingwood snap right on the siren that had been called a goal to eventually get some satisfaction from this ridiculous year.
I felt plenty of satisfaction when we knocked off the Eagles and Cats, and again when we sewed up top 4. We'll be right, just need to find some mojo again.

I hope Balta is swinging forward and it proves the tonic.

Does that mean you watched training?

Have been wondering how the shuffle of the mid / forwards will play out. I'd be tempted to leave Bolton in the guts and play Edwards and Lambert more forward to fill the Aarts shoes.
