Good luck to Sth Yarra, great achievement to come from Div 3 to get into a grand final in the 1st year.

Obviously not much difference between Div 2 & 3 ?

G'day all, Tips for today(better late than never i suppose).

I think the Tunners will win by 45 points.

For Yarra to get close they'd need to do everything they can to keep the ball out of Skinner's hands, the bloke takes everyone on, runs his 15 or 20 and at Clayton that'll see his kicks ending up deep in their forward line, then smashes it forward, also do the same to the other bloke off half back(Trav Sauer i think). If these guys get it 20+ times each the Yarra's backmen will have their hands very very full.

If they shut down Wiliams they still have Scotty Reinger, Bennett, Hand and Jamieson plus Brightsparky(if he plays in attack) to worry about. The weather looks good so i cant see that being a factor.

Jules Smith prob has Sikora covered around the ground, and maybe if he plays a defensive game and parks in the Tunners forward line or he just has a blinder in general line he might cause a few probs.

I know Crawley and LLoyd are both quality players but i cant really comment on the other Yarra players as i haven't seen to much of them. I know Kreskas will rack up his possies and go about his business but apart from that i'm struggling!!

Either way if i'm right or wrong lets hope for a great game of local footy and here's hoping for a big crowd. See everyone there!!

Tunners Premiers! U beauty. Yes Yarra were coming hard in that last qtr but the match was set up early by Heatherton's hard running. They did run out of legs but still won. At the end of the day who cares how much by a flag is a flag. Well done boys.

Thought Hand and Jamo were best for the Tunners, top effort by the bloke who did the burnout, sent a nice wave of oilly smoke and the beautiful scent of burning rubber across the ground! Lets not forget the excitable bloke who lit a flare behind the goals up the other end, good job all round!
