SFL Division 1 Only

If anybody should no the standard at MPNFL it is P-dog.Not only did he play in 99 + 00 he tore it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just to clear a few facts I played in the MPNFL at Edi Asp when we won back-to-back flags in 99 + 2000 and even some of my old teammates who still play there reckon the comp has dropped off over the past couple of seasons. Edi Asp premiership team of 2000 would pump the Seaford side that won it last year. I still get along and watch a few of the games in that league so I think I have a fair understanding about the league.
Yes Edi and Mornington are still strong but they aren't as good as they were 10 years ago when the likes of Goosey, Tim Allen, Kain Batzloff, Troy Shannon etc were running around and playing in their prime!
When Dingley last played in the Casey league (2006) most of their good players walked out on them and went to Rye only to come back last year as they were playing in the SFL Div 2 and thought they were a chance to win the flag. Remember it was only Div 2!
In my opinion St Kilda City / St Pauls granny was of just as high quality as the YCW / Seaford game...

i wouldnt pay any attention to anything motor mouth has to say. if he is watching so much of MPNFL to be able to comment so professionally about it, how does he know what the southern is like, or vise versa.
and if he did view the leagues 50/50 why is he doing so, the SFL must be great football to watch if he is doing so.
and again if the MPNFL is so great, why does he spend his time posting on, and about SFL.
and on good advice, has never been a reputable player, so first off he, wouldnt know what it takes to be a good footballer, let alone commentator on standards, and standard variances.
I will admit that the SFL is not a great standard, but it is no worse that MPNFL.
If he was coming from EFL, than his chirping would hold some merit.

I think youll find they had Marsh & D.Kemble out, all there recruits plus Agius,Epa,trand, Cadd x 2, Irving, Forrtnam,Kennedy,Kraska etc etc etc played, mate we had neither of our Ruckman, CHB, 1st rover who won bog gf medal and flogged seaford around the packs, it was good hit out and this years should be a good game as well, we also play chelsea this year so 2 tough games for us

Well mate, we'll know by 5pm on the last weekend in September!!

Wouldnt say we were pretenders last year, just had a bad run of injuries that hampered our chances.

Any news on pre season from Divvy one clubs? Watched StKilda City train last night had 40 plus lots of new faces and got absolutely flogged on the track. Let me say there doesnt seem to be any complacency down there
and lots of new faces, on face value there losses look like Newman,Hassan & Arvanitis, not sure of the gains but look a lot younger than last year. The thing that stood out was the comrarderie and encouragement on the track, and yes Casset trained and hasnt missed a session.

Its good to see Stkilda City with a lot of numbers! They are always hard to beat, so its good to see them raring to go again.

Hopefully the league leave it the way it has been as the other finals grounds are Div 1 clubs as well.The only change that could be good would be to move Div.1. to Sandy.
If it is at Springy again the SFL have to make sure the ground is being watered for at least 4-5 months prior.Last year it was a dust bowl and if its going to be the No.1. ground then Springy,SFL and the council need to have talks.

The ground is in better shape this year now that the council have seeded it with couch and have permission to water at present. Parking wouldn't be an issue either.

Whats happening at Mordy, rumors are the 4 or 5 recruits that were pencilled in walked away due to lack of quality at training? Is Ogier staying still talk of him moving on, wouldnt blame him clearly a class above the rest of the side and would be a gun in a good side

You may very well be playing in Division 1, but as we all know, this league is terrible, so when watching a Mordialloc game, it would be on par with either a Farrer League game or and under 12/13's in a good competition.
So laugh at this chaddles, u are an extremely average seconds grade footballer with less ability in your commentary on the game.

i have looked at the tonner recruits, and none can play. reputation can only take you so far, performance on the other hand....these guys they are talking about recruiting are plain and simply no good. Jamison probably the best of a bad bunch. No noble park players will sign there. i guarantee you that.
As for not coming within 10 goals of the top 4, you have to be kidding me, now i know your football knowledge and vision is non existent.
St Kilda City claim as their top players Tasiyan and Dimachki, both are extremely average, just have no one else in the league to challenge them. Both wouldnt get a game in the reserves in a decent league.
St Pauls, and the league for that matter, actually thought Ben Artz could play the game - that is the biggest joke I have heard, he is as bad as his brother Denver was, weak as pi$$ and lack skill.
Clayton has some good players, but not enough. Cheltenham - what more can i say then any team that has Sean Rowe on its list is not going to be a finals contender. And when Andrew Butterfield is one of your better players, winning will not become habit.
The rest of the league is disgusting, apart from Springvale coming up, some good players also, but getting old.
We will pump all you jokers next year.

Country and Suburban leagues were included, it was delivered on excel spreadsheet so it was easy to decipher from the country and suburban if needed.

it was supposed to be a confidential document, however, as always these things are leaked. The reason for its confidentiality is that it's purpose was to identify leagues which are struggling, financially as well as standard.
I will search for it at home see if i still have a hard copy, and message you privately if i find it.

Obviously you have no idea, were did the 200 plus cars park when Dingley played districts. Dingley have the small oval to park on like they do for the market and also have the ability to uterlise the school oval if required.

You also musn't have much idea when it comes to raising revenue. If you had Div 1 finals you could get 10-15k from the finals series. Any club would jump at that chance.

I would spend time actually knowing what you are talking about instead of bagging everyone and talking crap. If you are from Dingley why don't you spend time promoting the club positivley instead of making the club look like idiots.
