Greenwood should be dropped, Anderson 1st game back so gets a reprieve for another week or two. Taylor should go, 12 possessions in 2 games on a wing on the biggest ground in the league. Atu spell, Walker spell.

Whilst I recognise we need some tall cattle on the list, we also need a midfielder who is prepared to run and can accumulate the footy. LDU would have had over 30 if he played more time in the middle, but he needs a support act that gives cheap outlets like Brayshaw does. Pure workrate. Both ways.

Agree. We clearly have some gaping holes to fill but I'm just about done with players that barely even threaten their opponent. Kind of at the point where I think talent that is fit and will run gets a game. Walker did exactly what I expected up forward - nothing. I don't even know why we bothered, would have been better off playing another mid and giving JHF or similar a rest forward. Greenwood is offering close to nothing, he has plenty of mates in a similar boat. JZ is close to cooked, pulling out every trick in the game to outsmart and outmuscle younger players just to buy a possession.

I'm also over seeing us waste chances early to put actual pressure on an opponent (JZ & Walker in particular) and constant breaking chains of possession. There is clearly more to these issues than just the players available and it is going to take some serious time to dig out of this hole.

Just lacklustre.

The boys are totally devoid of confidence. Reactive, no confidence to move ball down the field (skills not great, worse without confidence), not running for each other, always thinking it's going to come back over my head or through my man.
I thought they tackled and chased to the end.
What do we do?
McKay out, Walker trying but out of depth, Corr struggling to get back to AFL level, Jack beaten up.
Watch the kids and enjoy their endeavour until they runout of gas like Horney, Perez and Paul C did tonight.
Rotate through Powell, Chom and Phillips when they fit enough.
Who else is there? Goater when fit.
Need to find a way into midseason draft and get a mature KPD.
Lots of players struggling but we need some big bodies around the kids. Injuries compound our poor list.

We are bereft of all the things you need to wins games of football.

The questions you have to ask is:

Will the side we play against move the ball with purpose?

Will the side we play against have a plan they’ve drilled that they will look to execute?

If the answers to these questions are yes then unfortunately it renders us in a position where we are not very likely to be able to do anything for any period of time to stop it.

Also, whoever was the decision maker to have absolutely zero KPD coverage should be fired. Right now. Like 12:17am call them and fire them.
