Ooh it would be interesting to see him get slapped with the official AFL endorsed "Enforcer" prefix if he does lay a particularly crunching tackle on your prime movers at each, for example, Treloar gets up a bit sore after trying to skirt his way around a clearance, or Conor Nash at the Hawks suffers some unfortunate 4 week corkie after running into X at a stoppage

Footy is still a violent contact sport that has elements of a combat sport.

The rules are being dramatically changed to reduce the amount of chances players have to affect the game by injuring or plain hurting oppo players.

But X plays a role in stoppages where the combat part is most heightened and through his ability to lay those repeated bone jarring tackles is one of the few players who can still genuinely impact games by hurting oppo players within the rules.

There's a reason Clarko dropped Goldy for him literally at the earliest opportunity.

Xerri plays today's version of unsociable footy.

Would love Weightman to cop a entirely fair bone crunching tackle from Xerri early doors.

You can see oppo player's health bars go from green to orange after one lol
Xerri uses Bone Crunching Tackle.

It's super effective!

Critical hit!

Wardlaw available to play.

Clarko on George Wardlaw: He's out of his concussion protocols now, he'll be in the mix to return.Hopefully he gets a good run at it now.

Is there more to it taz?

Let me guess, he was feeling patriotic, had a sherbet and tried some breakdancing?
Literally could be nothing to see here.
He hurt his hand last Thursday at training and track watchers said he participated fully and was even taking the majority of kickouts.

I just found it super strange he wasn’t mentioned in any injury reports when in the past, blokes have been listed in injury reports as “available” and “suspended”
