I want to get into podcasts, but I struggle to stay focused. I need the visuals. It's the same with audiobooks, I need to actually be reading it.

I’m very similar.
I’ve done some mindfulness ones for a role for work which are great and changed my own life whilst at it, and a cousin put me on to one called hardcore history which was really good, but I’m more of a reader and a writer and love just listening to music which brings me here obviously. I barely even watch tv really I’d be lucky to watch an hour a week.
