I've billied stuff for being obvious if it's already podiumed or been nommed a few times (from memory someone tried to nom Bizarre Love Triangle after it had already podiumed twice and won) but if it hasn't been nommed before after over 10000 entries I reckon it's fair game.

It's why Radiohead got over the line in my billy shortlist. They're nearly at the half century in terms of times nommed. The Pyramid Song itself has been nommed 3 times.
