This actually happened when I took over from Harvey's hosting. BOO hadn't voted. But... he had, and he hadn't seen the change of host and Harvey had forgotten to forward his botes to me. Luckily I checked with Harvs!
Unfortunately Noobz's phone probably died etc. I doubt he saw the votes.
