Won't happen whilst Cook is in the side. It was alleged that Cook made a "he plays and I dont" type of ultimatum to Strauss.

Limited overs on the other hand, I can't see why you wouldn't put him in. Its led to be believed that the younger players (Root, Stokes etc..) have no issue with KP (although he did refer to James Taylor as a jockey in his book).

Will be the best bowler in the world in five years, and will only then just be entering his prime, too!

Non-white players were the best players and highlight of the series for South Africa. Maybe the white players should worry about their performance being the reason they're not in the side, rather than their skin colour.
